Why no refunds?

E-books are intangible digital goods that cannot be returned once delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

• The file is technically defective and cannot be accessed or downloaded after reasonable troubleshooting. In this case, a PDF with an invisible watermark will be sent to the email used.
• You were charged multiple times for the same product in error

If an exception applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A description of the issue

Approved exceptions will be resolved by replacement or store credit, not cash refunds, unless required by law.
